Right of withdrawal

The original standard shipping costs will be refunded in the event of a legal withdrawal in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal due to legal exceptions. This may include, for example, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
